Reverse chronological order, Christmas to Fall>>
Our Christmas tree, CB style. Bat cote, Omnivore's Dilemna, socks, a painting, and an electric skillet. And a few awesome Christmas cards.
Part of the foodstuffs I made as Christmas presents for my sister and mom. Instead of gifts, I bought, prepared and froze copious amounts of meals, including lovely stuffed green pepper (shown here), honey mustard chicken breasts & zesty Italian pasta salad.
Next year, I'll aim for locally-sourced and organic.
This year, I was just happy the meals got finished and frozen in time. This was the most food I've had in the house since we moved in.
Dust protection.
Buh-bye plaster (dining room-will-be-kitchen)
Ripped up back parlour. Cool, uber-old wallpaper peaking out from top left corner.

First snow.
New pet. (not really)
Furby the barn kitten, happy and warm.
Bathed and shivering.
